ETIKETTA provides custom digital label design services. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once project work begins. However, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Detailed Refund Conditions

2.1 Pre-Project Cancellation (Full Refund)

• Requests within 24 hours of purchase
• No project brief or materials submitted
• No design work initiated
• 100% refund processed within 5 business days

2.2 Post-Brief Submission (No Refund)

• Custom digital services are non-refundable once work begins
• Project brief submission = work initiation
• Applies to all packages (Complete Design, Premium, Visual Concepts)
• Revisions included as per package terms

2.3 Non-Delivery Guarantee (Full Refund + Redesign)

• Files not delivered within promised timeline
• Technical failures preventing delivery
• Full refund + free redesign upon request

2.4 Print Quality Issues (Free Revision)

• Client must verify files before printing
• Free file revision if our error confirmed
• No liability for printer errors or material issues
• Printer proofs recommended before full production

3. Refund Process

• Submit Request: Email contact@etiketta-labels.com with order number
• Review: Response within 48 hours
• Processing: 5-10 business days via original payment method
• Confirmation: Email receipt sent upon completion

Processing Fees: Third-party payment fees (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable.

• 2 revision rounds included
• No refund after brief submission
• 7-10 business day delivery

4.2 Premium Package ($699)

• Unlimited revisions until satisfaction
• Source files included
• 10-14 business day delivery

4.3 Visual Concepts ($1299)

• 3-5 premium concepts
• 1 round of feedback
• Highest customization level

5. Exclusions from Refund

• Change of mind after brief submission
• Client delays in providing feedback
• Printing errors due to incorrect files
• Miscommunication of project requirements
• Third-party services (printers, stock photos)

6. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Premium Package includes unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied. If we cannot deliver acceptable work after reasonable revisions, full refund will be issued.
